Pop art was a visual art movement that emerged during the mid 1950s.this was the times,the style focused on mass production, celebrity and the expanding industries of advertising, Tv, radio and print media - shaping the identity in the new field of art and design.

Keith harings art was considered pop art due to it being a somewhat street graffiti art style. His work called lucky strike looks nothing like the words would lead you to think about it looks more like a box of fries then a bowling alley and bowling ball hitting a strike.ether fries or a box of wet matches.

He has a more street feel to him and has a art style that just caught my eye as open.
